I know what it’s like to build a career in demanding, fast-paced environments, and to carry the invisible pressure that so many women hold as they move through different stages of life.

I have spent 17 years working in corporate marketing, consulting and agency leadership. I understand the pace, the responsibility, the mental load and the expectation to keep performing, even when your body or life is changing.

Becoming a mum was one of the biggest transitions of my life. It shifted my priorities, my identity and my relationship with my body. During that time, I discovered just how powerful strength training and holistic health can be for women before and after birth, particularly those juggling high-pressure careers alongside motherhood. I trained as a pre and postnatal PT so I could have a dual career supporting women, whilst also working in the creative industry.

Today, I support women through the moments when their bodies and lives are changing, from motherhood and menopause to stress, burnout and major transitions at work or home. My approach blends education, support systems and physical training, helping women move through change feeling confident, resilient and proud of their progress.

I can work directly with women or through employers as part of a wellness package. Visit the For Employer page to understand the different corporate packages.
