When women go through major life transitions, from pregnancy and maternity leave to perimenopause and menopause, it can feel like a hurdle rather than a support moment.

Physical recovery, hormonal shifts, mental load, identity change and confidence dips all affect how women show up at work. Too often, this is misunderstood or unsupported by workplaces, and the result is talented people leaving, losing confidence, or taking less visible roles.

I help companies create support that actually works: practical, physical and psychological support that keeps women connected, confident and contributing at their best.

How we can work together:

  • The 'Return with confidence' programme: A 1:1, six-session journey to help mothers move from "just surviving" to thriving back at work. We use KIT days to bridge the gap, tackling everything from core rehab and physical strength to the practical logistics of a new routine.

  • The capacity reset diagnostic (90 minutes): A focused session to help an employee (or a small group) get unstuck — looking at how physical symptoms (e.g. fatigue, back pain), stress cycles and mental load are interacting, and leaving them with a clear, realistic action plan..

  • Interactive workshops for teams and managers: Interactive sessions that build understanding and practical tools for teams and leaders, including:

    • Stress & performance – why stress feeds stress, and tools to interrupt that cycle

    • Hormone awareness at work – how cycles, perimenopause and menopause can impact performance and how leadership can support

    • Breathwork & core strength – the role of physical strength in recovery, stress management and long-term health
